SPECIFIC
Job Description:
ANSER is seeking qualified personnel to conduct Air Force Mission Assurance Assessments (AFMAA) at selected USAF bases. Base tasks include the pre-site survey analysis, mission decomposition function, scheduling function and risk assessment working book development to integrate the threats and hazards, as well as provide training during the AFMAA for installation personnel. All Candidates must meet these Minimum Requirements:
Experience with ForcePRO and SharePoint or other designated system to receive, transmit and archive IDRMP analysis Have Tactical, Operational and Strategic understanding of the application of the RMP, Integrated Defense and DoD MAA CONOP and MA Strategy Implementation Framework Detailed understanding of the Joint Risk Decision Support Tool/ForcePRO automated tool for RMP Knowledge of the Mission Assurance pillars and their implementation Candidate must provide documentation to substantiate fully vaccinated status against the COVID 19 virus. Senior Mission Assurance Analysts will gather information, provide formalized feedback, and conduct analysis in support of Mission Assurance Assessments, Weapon System Security Deviations and Protection Level Deviations. Duties include:
The contractor shall conduct MA analysis in support of the AF's MA Assessment Program as directed in PAD 14-04 Annex T para 5.4.19 The contractor shall conduct Integrated Defense (ID) analysis and management of the AF Weapon System Security Deviations and Protection Level Designations as directed in PAD 14-04 SF.25 capability Review draft publications, guidance memorandums, CONOPS and other guidance from Headquarters Air Force (HAF) for adverse impacts or updates to MA and ID program execution Track the status of ID publication coordination and review/provide feedback on AF/A4S adjudication of comments received during coordination Guide the use of the IDRMP tool in the field, and provide feedback for improvement Assist in developing AF MA Assessment focus statements (AFS) with HAF, MAJCOM and CCMD staffs EDUCATION AND
Experience:
Advanced degree in a discipline relevant to the position plus at least 2 years of relevant professional experience; or bachelor's degree plus at least 5 years' relevant professional experience. SKILLS AND
Experience:
Active Secret clearance with ability to obtain Top Secret security clearance Experience as a Senior Integrated Defense Analyst at a MAJCOM or equivalent HQ-level staff Knowledge of Defense Readiness Reporting System (DRRS), Continuity of Operations (COOP), Combatant Command Operations Plans (OPLANs) and DoDIs 6055.17, 3020.40, 3020.45 and 2000.16 Security Forces operations experience and in-depth knowledge of DoD, Joint and Air Force MA and ID publications Contingency deployment experience, joint operational experience and operational knowledge of joint publications, and leadership experience in ID operations to produce relevant and current ID guidance Tactical, Operational and Strategic understanding of the application of the IDRMP as outlined in AFI 31-101, Integrated Defense, as well as the Joint Risk Decision Support Tool/ForcePRO automated tool for IDRMP Experience coordinating Air Force publications in the Air Force publication process Experience as a headquarters Action Officer and/or Assessment Team member for focused on antiterrorism (AT), Force Protection, Emergency Management, and deliberate planning is preferred Strong interpersonal/social skills; proven staff officer/contractor support excellence Exceptional written, and verbal communication skills
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
Quality AssuranceEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
