The Impact You'll Make in this Role As a Program Delivery Manager, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
Partnering with Advantage Center Business leaders and IT teams to plan delivery of new software releases that require business readiness and changes in business functions Driving organizational change management activities and solution for requirements Coordinating and prioritizing activity with business partners to determine realistic scope and timing of deliveries Tracking and reporting on business transformation activity underway for business areas and projects assigned Facilitating team sessions involving the subject matter experts on specific business processes Providing technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing effective and efficient solutions Managing multiple projects, task, and workstreams with minimal supervision. Driving Continuous Improvement and Change Management activities. Fostering a culture of continuous improvement and role model behaviors for a leader in a best in class Business Transformation organization Working effectively with global /offshore partners to document, build and test O2C solution Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution Five (5) years of software delivery/deployment experience in a private, public, government or military environment Five (5) combined years of experience in contact centers, medical collections, medical claims processing, health administration, medical device or pharmaceuticals operations, healthcare finance, order to cash business processes or revenue cycle management Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
Certification in Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute (PMI) or comparable established certification program Knowledge and experience in compliance requirements and building systems and processes to meet compliance standards and respond to audits Experience with business process improvement initiatives with solid understanding of how business processes connect Additional relevant experience with Pega systems or other intelligent BPM platform Experience using any of the following - JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, SMARTSHEET, TABLEAU Travel:

Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
