The Service Technician will work hand in hand with our customers to ensure that their equipment is working correctly and safely.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities of our Field Service Technician:
Travel to job sites in service areas Work with dispatch for scheduled maintenance Install, maintain, and repair cooking equipment for commercial client Diagnostics and repairs of electrical and mechanical commercial equipment Parts ordering, billing, manufacturer communication Perform on call duty in rotation with location/department Maintain company vehicle
Qualifications:
Possess a valid Texas Driver's License Clean driving record and background check Have strong verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational, time management, and multi-tasking skills Preferred Qualifications Commercial Food Equipment Service Association (Strongly preferred) Computers skills Education/
Experience:
High school or GED equivalent 2
years working with commercial kitchen equipment/refrigeration Universal EPA
