Team Embrey is hiring a Marketing Associate to work collaboratively in a high-performance team environment to positively position Embrey's brand and communications initiatives with external audiences.
Responsibilities Works collaboratively with CBM team members to develop and implement external strategic marketing programs, campaigns, initiatives, budgets, policies, and activities in alignment with corporate and division strategic plans and initiatives Works collaboratively with creative services team members to develop brand-aligned content to support advertising, social media, digital channels, print, video, and other relevant channels Supports all brand, marketing, and communications needs for all Embrey Divisions across multiple states Assists in organizing, assigning, and implementing work from creative services vendors Assists in the creation and maintenance of performance tracking systems for communications and brand campaigns and activities Assists in the creation and maintenance of content calendars to drive results in a timely, efficient manner Creates and maintains workflow and project tracking systems to ensure the timely completion of communications and marketing activities Understands and participates in the administration of content management systems (CMS) across diverse channels Adaptable to change and demonstrates the ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines Understands that Embrey is a family brand and maintains strict confidentiality related to Embrey information Completes all other tasks and/or projects as requested.
Qualifications 10
years of experience in marketing or communications.
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field Excellent Customer Service skills.
Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
Experience in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, and CRM Software Position type:
exempt, full-time with competitive pay & benefits (medical/dental/vision insurance, PTO, flexible work schedule, 401k, company-paid life insurance & LTD); Position location:
