JOB PURPOSE:
Under the direction of the Director of Migrant Services Training and Compliance, the Associate Director for Migrant Services Compliance will oversee the development and execution of robust compliance and internal monitoring programs to ensure that all Migrant Services programs deliver on grant/contractual requirements and maintain alignment with Endeavors corporate policies and procedures.
