Summary:
Under direct supervision, responsible for coordinating and administering student financial aid and veterans' educational programs.
Job Duties:
Counsels and advises students and parents on the various sources of student financial aid; including loans, scholarships, Veterans benefits and other sources of financial aid, as well as the options and responsibilities associated with the various aid programs.
Assists with determining a student's eligibility for financial aid.
Presents financial literacy content via in-person or virtually.
Provides customer service at the financial aid front desk as needed.
Provides administrative support to the department.
Performs all other duties as assigned.
Education:
Bachelor's degree is required.
Will accept experience in lieu of education.
Experience:
One (1) year of experience in higher education is required.
Veterans' educational benefits and/or financial aid experience preferred.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
