Prior bankruptcy experience, knowledge is required.
The firm files primarily chapter 7 and chapter 13 consumer debt cases.
We are looking for an associate partner attorney to meet with clients, gather documents, and attend creditor meetings and other court hearings.
Jobs will be assigned as clients retain the firm and partner attorney will start with flat payment rates on a per case basis.
Attorney will be in charge of finalizing the case, filing documents, and attending meetings of creditors along with other court appearances as the arise.
Recovery Law Group is looking for an experienced consumer bankruptcy attorney licensed to practice and handle Consumer Bankruptcy work to join the firm as a partner.
This position will provide an opportunity to expand the number of consumer bankruptcy clients you serve in the Bankruptcy Districts.

Partner Responsibilities Our partner attorneys represent our clients in their Chapter 7 and 13 bankruptcy cases, up through and including the preparation and filing of the client's bankruptcy petition and representation at the 341 Meeting of Creditors.
Our partner attorneys are involved in the representation from the outset, by consulting with the client to ensure that he or she is an appropriate candidate for bankruptcy, that the client is pursuing bankruptcy under a Chapter that suits the client's interest, and that the representation does not pose a conflict of interest.
The position also involves collaboration with personnel in the Indiana and California office(s), who typically assist the client with ministerial and customer service-oriented tasks associated with the representation.
