We are looking for caring individuals who love helping children and making them smile.
You will do this as an Speech Language Pathologist Master's or Doctoral degree in Speech Language Pathology Current State License in Speech Language Pathology Three years experience as an Speech Language Pathology preferred.
Works in a patients'/clients' homes in various conditions.
Ability to work a flexible schedule; ability to travel locally.
You are a registered professional who provides speech language therapy to patients/clients of all age groups.
Plans, implements and evaluates patient/client care plans to restore or maintain patient/client well being.
Evaluates speech roles and speech performance of patients/clients with physical, psycho-social and/or cognitive impairments.
Provides interventions for deficits and elicits responses.
Participates in the coordination of care.
Performs ongoing clinical assessments, including OASIS assessments at appropriate time points to identify patient/client needs and determine level of functioning, and appropriateness of the patient/client for home health.
