Job Description:

Overview Organize and prepare course plans.
Access and analyze training needs through surveys, interviews with employees, or consultation with production leadership.
Assist in conducting general and specific training programs to help production employees maintain or improve job skills.

Conducts TWI training classes within the Lines.
Facilitates TWI activities within the Lines (Job Breakdowns, Job Instructions, Employee Trainings, etc.
) Provides feedback to Site Leader Executes specific processes and procedures for the TWI Program; applying standardization of the production floor.
Ensures maintenance of Job Certification Matrix up to date employee roster with skill level based on trainings for certification at different jobs/skills, evaluating results and obstacles, creating work tools to support execution.
Monitors TWI process and advises Site Leader on course of action; relay course of action and persuade Plant change within the company to reach milestones.
Collects, compiles, analyzes and prepares documents/presentations which may include charts, graphs, or tables.
Presentation of analyzes to levels of Leadership in order to brief the overall status of the Facility program.
Provides technical assistance and professional leadership to junior level Employees.
Fundamental understanding of development and active participation within the environment through plant orientation, safety, and quality training.
Can be relied upon to complete assigned tasks/training in a timely manner.
Works within a departmental cross functional team environment to meet/exceed established production standards.
Complies with established Departmental and Organizational policies and procedures.
Generate and distribute the weekly product metric review for the week via our infinity software.
Requirements High School diploma or equivalent required.
1 - 2 years of technical or industry related experience required.
Ability to organize, prioritize, and accomplish multiple tasks with strong attention to detail.
Ability to delegate and/or assume responsibilities to drive programs to meet deadlines.
Excellent communication skills.
Must have the ability to speak, write, read and interpret documents in English.
The ability to do the same in Spanish is a plus.
Highly proficient with Microsoft office and can collect, compile, and prepare documents and data analysis which may include charts, graphs, and/or tables.
Highly proficient computer skills to quickly learn software including but not limited to training tracking software and internal company software Knowledge of industry processes with the ability to review and comprehend established company procedures and process quickly.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
