The successful candidate will be responsible for providing and reviewing construction calculations for construction projects, document and data review for stamping and issuing final surveys, preparing proposals, project management, and maintaining client relationships.
Must be a Registered Professional Land Surveyor (RPLS) in TX
Responsibilities:
Performs the following surveys:
ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys, Boundary Surveys, Topographic Surveys, Foundation Surveys, As-built Surveys, and Elevation Certificates Leadership and mentorship of SITs, technical staff, and field crews.
Administrative duty's that relate to project organization, scheduling, proposal preparation, and billing.
Manage and lead a safe work environment; to include overseeing and reviewing the preparation of safety plans.
Maintain industry technology edge and make recommendations to management on upcoming requirements and trends.
Perform general duties of a Registered professional land surveyor; to include boundary analysis, ALTA surveys, topographic surveys, construction support staking, LiDAR acquisition/processing, and all other types of land surveying efforts.
Be proficient in AutoCAD/Civil 3D software products, Trimble software, and a working knowledge of all standard land survey equipment.
Deliver projects efficiently and on time, meeting clients' needs and upholding a high standard in all deliverables.
