The Broker Support Specialist will report to the Strategic Sales Executive.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Provide dedicated sales and service support to AHIA broker agencies and sales agents Answer inbound and place outbound calls from/to independent agents Assists with all aspect of broker support with agents and partners, including, but not limited to product and service questions, enrollment application support, and general inquiries Assist in maintaining agent satisfaction and retention Act as liaison between agents in the field and the Strategic Sales Executive MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Texas Life and Health Insurance License required PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Bilingual, fluent written and verbal English/Spanish or English/Vietnamese a plus, but not required BENEFITS 401k and match up to 5% w/ tenure Health Insurance Dental/Vision Insurance PTO 6 Paid Holidays Uncapped Commission Paid Training SKILLS Must possess strong customer service skills Must be coachable Must be self-motivated, sales oriented, and a high energy team player Must have strong professional written and verbal communication skills Must be able to work with multiple computer systems and software simultaneously Must be detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills Must be punctual and present with timeliness and attendance HOURS Monday - Friday, 8:
30am - 5:
30pm (in-office, not remote).
