Responsibilities Building strong relationships with customers to foster trust and loyalty Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer success and applying them to improve service delivery.
Review or make changes to customer accounts Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents Identify new prospects within new and current customers Escalate queries or quotes when needed Record details of customer contacts and actions taken Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools Review and select standard responses for answers or solutions Manage data in Salesforce.
com (CRM) Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies Providing feedback to internal teams on product or service improvements based on customer feedback
Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
