Position
Summary:
The Operations Director will supervise and manage all community operations in line with set policies and procedures, including State and Federal guidelines and DSL guidelines.
This position will oversee and direct the work activity of all team members, maintain a high level of resident, family, and team member satisfaction, and achieve operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:
Ensure the smooth operation of each department, managing all daily operations within the parameters of established policies and procedures.
Directly responsible for all business office and administrative tasks and team members Maintain and upgrade knowledge and implementation of standards and requirements specified by federal and state laws.
Oversee the annual budget, working with team leaders to operate programs and community within budget.
Monitor cash flow and account balance, prepare and/or review all monthly spend-downs and invoices, and oversee all financials within parameters established by Executive Director and DSL.
Ensure collection of all rent and services fees by the designated date and ensure deposit in the bank, as specified by supervisor.
Maintain financial records, including petty cash, accounts receivable and payables, spend-downs, and other financial documents as requested by DSL team.
Organize and compile reports and data as required on a weekly and monthly basis and for meetings and annual audits.
Provide all DSL requested reports and documents in a timely and accurate manner.
Authorize purchase of supplies, equipment, or services with approvals, as specified by supervisor.
Responsible for all business office management Other duties as assigned.
Education, Experience, and Other Requirements High School diploma or GED Must be at least 18 years of age 2 to 5 years of experience in management and supervision Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required Promote teamwork in providing services to residents.
Fair Housing Law Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Various employment and labor laws, including, but not limited to, Family and Medical Leave Act, Minimum Wage, Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO), and Employee Polygraph Protection Act, team member testing, and workers compensation Intermediate or advanced knowledge of or willingness and ability to learn the computer programs used in this community State and Federal regulations pertaining to Assisted Living Preferred Qualifications Willingness to learn and help others Enjoyment in working with older adults #IND.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
