This position will have an emphasis on project management/owner's representative.
Gallagher is well-respected in the community, offers a solid compensation package with vehicle allowance & gas card, and pre-paid travel expenses.
Construction Manager Primary
Responsibilities:
Monitor activities, progress and deliverables of the project Architect(s), Construction Manager(s), General Contractor(s), Testing Agencies, and other project stakeholders to ensure delivery of projects on time and within budget Work to build a cooperative partnership between client, Architect, Engineers, contractors and other stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of project issues Construction observation as an Owner's Representative Ensure compliance with design plans, specifications and permit requirements Enforce contract requirements Review payment requests Manage project documentation, reporting and record keeping Interface with client and regulatory authorities Familiarity with Construction Management, Design-Bid-Build and Design-Buiild project deliveries on K-12 school construction projects
Qualifications:
7
year construction experience Technical skills:
Proficient in the use of Outlook, Email, Sending Attachments, and scheduling programs such as Procore.
Possess and maintain a current Driver's License within TX.
