Assist with design, development, communication and execution of the recruitment strategy, with an emphasis on talent pipeline development, on time fill, and predicting turnover.
Assist with integrating and monitoring metrics to show the overall success of talent acquisition.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive recruitment strategy for Physicians and other high level Providers, managing the full-cycle recruitment process, and providing guidance and support to hiring managers.
The Lead Recruiter will be expected to maintain a deep understanding of the labor market, stay up-to-date on industry trends, and develop creative solutions to attract top talent.
Responsibilities:
Direct recruitment responsibilities for a portion of active openings to include Physicians and other high level Providers Supervise, motivate, and lead the team of Recruiters in sourcing and hiring qualified healthcare and other professionals through internet, phone, email, social media, and creative recruiting techniques within the quantities and timeframes needed.
Conduct daily inspection of dashboards, monitor performance of individual recruiters, coach recruiters to hit their targeted goals, evaluate performance on an ongoing basis and provide areas of improvement for recruiters as needed.

Assist with monitoring and managing work loads of recruitment team to ensure balance and company priorities are met.
Maintain direct recruitment responsibilities for a portion of active openings.
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
Conduct interviews and reference checks to assess candidate qualifications.
Develop and maintain relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers.
Utilize job boards, social media, and other recruiting tools to source qualified candidates.
Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities.
Provide feedback to hiring managers on the progress of the recruitment process.
Analyze recruitment data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
