The individual will be responsible for providing administrative support to all teams in the office, various support departments within the district and will perform some daily, weekly, and monthly general/basic accounting functions.
Primary Functions Manage the front desk assisting visitors and receive deliveries Pick up and distribute mail Create and process receipt of purchase orders Record entries in company programs Maintain shared kitchen area, office supplies, and office organization Assist in the scheduling of meetings inclusive of meeting space coordination and meals or refreshments Provide backup of other office personnel Additional Functions Assist with various interdepartmental functions to include:
safety communications, performance recognition records, personnel and training records, and payroll and timekeeping systems Maintain administrative procedures and internal controls in accordance with company policies and procedures Other duties as assigned Competencies Safety Acumen Ethical Conduct Teamwork Attention to Detail High Sense of Urgency Results-Driven Relationship Building Work Environment This position operates in-person (not remote) and in a office setting.
Physical Demands While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to feel, or handle objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; balance; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl; talk or hear; and taste or smell.
The employee must occasionally lift or move up to 25 pounds.
Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time position.
Typical hours would be Monday-Friday 8:
00 AM - 5:
00 PM with some OT expectations.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
