Summary:
Hollywood-Crawford Door Co.
is looking for a Customer Care Representative.
The Customer Care Representative will be responsible for ensuring that the customer experience is memorable and that the call center runs smoothly.
The Customer Care Representative will take incoming calls from customers and determine if they are interested in a new phone or service.
The Customer Care Representative will also assist in scheduling new phone installs, updating existing phones, and assisting in the call center operations.
Duties and
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls from customers and help them with scheduling a technician to come out Entering information into our CRM(Service Titan) while on the phone with the customer.
Update customer information in our database using our phone system Assist customers with any questions regarding their order as they make calls to our sales staff Take orders quickly, accurately, and efficiently while following company policies and procedures Make sure the call center runs smoothly Manager Emails received through a customer care email address Identify problems with customer service and suggest improvements Utilize all resources to ensure that the customer experience is memorable Help with customers in showroom, and answer any questions they may have Help techs with paperwork issues that can only be solved in office Other duties as assigned Skills and
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a call center or other related roles preferred but not required Strong verbal communication skills and ability to communicate with high-level clients with different backgrounds and personalities Strong writing skills to communicate with customers and internally with other team members Customer service focused with the ability to be a positive team player with strong interpersonal skills Ability to type and talk on a phone at the same time Ability to type at least 35 words per minute Ability to manage phone queues, emails queues and face to face customers Job Type:
