We are currently vaccinating employees and are actively recruiting for Direct Support Professionals for our Residential Treatment Center.
Our mission of the Autism Treatment Center (ATC) is to assist people with autism and related disorders throughout their lives as they learn, play, work and live in the community.

At least 6 months caregiving/direct patient care experience with references The Job:
Follow all ATC Policies and Mental Health Procedures.
Assist in training of personal care, communication, recreation, housekeeping, dietary needs, assist in self-medication or administration of medications.
Support implementation of Consumer Service Plan through coordination of services.
Documentation:
Medication Sheets, Incident Reports, Clinical Program Logs, Purchase Orders, Receipts, Medication Therapy Notes, Data Collection, Work Orders.
Act as liaison between parent/guardian, community and ATC.
Stay in the living area of the home, a light must be on in the room during consumer sleeping hours.
Check/Supervise any consumer who gets out of bed.

Conduct special supervisions of consumers required by medical orders, behavior programs, and/or House Manager.
Complete special paperwork or do other assignments made by House Manager.

Time Sheets, Certificates of Absence, Activity Schedules, and Fire Drills Attend meetings and/or training as scheduled or required.
Assure adequate supply of medications for consumers.
This position involves tasks that expose you to blood, body fluids and/or body tissues.
All of the job-related tasks may involve potential exposure to mucous membrane or skin contact with blood, bodily fluids, or tissues, or the potential for spills and splashes of these fluids.
Use of appropriate protective measures (Universal Precautions and Bloodborne Pathogen Procedures) is required for every employee engaged in this position.
