Remote Dispatcher, Maintenance Tickets

In this role, you will be responsible for keeping track of our drivers, taking calls from our customers, and contacting the nearest available driver to direct them to the customer.
This is both a relationship management position as well as a dispatching position, so you must ensure our customers are satisfied with the speed of our service.
KEY
Responsibilities:
Coordination of maintenance requests from the Customer to the Field (internal) On-call during shift hours to quickly receive, respond to, and route service tickets from the Customer's Network Operations Center Route calls to the appropriate technician on-call and ensure tech is capable of taking call Log all service requests and dispatches Move the service ticket through the stages of the ticket's lifecycle from received to complete by staying in touch with the technician MINIMUM
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED certificate Dispatching experience, preferably in a high-volume environment Data entry skills Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook UTILITIES SEGMENT Overview:
