The Primary function is to generate leads from various referral sources while acting as a liaison between the agency and the community.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for generating and managing leads from various referrals sources.
Increase awareness of the services through marketing activities.
Attempt to resolve customer problems.
Identify key referral sources as to their potential and to develop marketing plans to increase referral responses.
Ability to work independently and make decisions.
