Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly and courteously responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues - Handle a high volume of inquires from customers - Accurately enter and update customer information in the company database - Assist customers with product selection, order placement, and tracking - Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns - Maintain a thorough knowledge of company products, services, and policies - Identify opportunities for process improvement and provide feedback to management Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Additionally, we provide ongoing training and opportunities for career advancement.
