The hardware among other things consists of a Linux computer, which is used for recording epilepsy patients during periods of rest.
The resulting video is analyzed and shared with the treating physician, who can then make more informed decisions about the patient's care.
Many patients have reported a dramatic improvement in their quality of life.
You would be working from an office of Neuro Event Labs in San Antonio, Texas.
Working remotely a few days a week is possible.
On occasion you would need to liaise with our team in Finland, which sometimes requires starting the day early in the morning.

We currently operate across Northern and Central Europe and the UK with further expansion to US / North America.

Job Description Managing the domestic supply chain for the Nelli solution to source devices, components, and materials according to specifications.
Ensuring that all Nelli devices are prepared for use in a correct and timely manner.
Providing customer support in resolving technical issues As the Recording Unit is Linux based, a good understanding of the Linux terminal and executing and monitoring the health of systemd services is required.
Coordinating shipments Assisting with installations and installation verifications; In-person installations may be required.
Training clinical site staff on the proper use of the Nelli system and providing instructions for self-installation Coordinating/triaging the daily quality assurance tasks of ongoing Nelli registrations.
Responsible for Nelli hardware reliability engineering domestically together with the Fleet Manager.
Ensuring that there is a sufficient number of manufactured Nelli devices to satisfy the company's forecasting/planning goals through the company's sales and senior leadership.
Working under an ISO 13485 Quality Management System to:
- Design and implement improvement plans to operational systems, procedures, and processes in collaboration with the team in Finland.
- Perform quality controls and monitor key production metrics.
- Document lot tracking and inspection activities.
- Assist with internal, surveillance, and FDA audits.
Managing domestic facilities' daily operations and purchasing activities; keeping relevant parties informed about ongoing project activities.
