Our presence spans the USA and Mexico, and our reach in sales and manufacturing covers the globe internationally.
Travel:
Up to 20% of time.
Work week is Monday through Friday, and half day Saturday.
Responsibilities include:
1.
You will be responsible for sales growth across assigned large accounts.
2.
You will have to ensure the growth of sales and develop new prospects and grow the business.
3.
Prepare and deliver high-level sales presentations and work in collaboration with the customers to jointly develop mutually beneficial solutions.
4.
Develop Sales Plan and Lead Generation strategy to present at Weekly/Monthly intervals.
5.
You will monitor expenditures and lead solution development that address customer needs.
6.
Provide reporting on quotes status, project monitoring and related support activities for projects in process.
7.
Position requires Hands-On working with shop, engineers, and other co-workers as needed to manage each project.
8.
This position reports to VP of Operations and Chairman of Precision Group.
This position is Base salary, plus sales commissions.
Commission scale will be discussed during hiring process.
10-15 years experience is required.
Bilingual candidate is preferred.
