We are currently looking to hire an Operations Manager who will be working at our Corporate Office in San Antonio, TX.
As an Operations Manager, you are responsible for assisting in directing and overseeing the support services and operational needs of the department as well as:
Coordinating the tasks of the frontline associates and serving as a liaison between the administration and unit departments, providing the highest possible level of service Establishing and annually reviewing standards and work procedures for all staff Planning work and staffing schedules and areas of work to ensure adequate services are rendered Assisting in the hiring process:
interviewing, hiring and training of new associates Orientating, developing, and supervising all supervisory/housekeeping staff Conducting regular inspections and making recommendations to the facility Conducting monthly reporting of goals, accomplishments, and future plans Providing staff education and continuous training Communicating with staff, administration, and other departments Coordinating outside services (Pest Control, Window Cleaning, Medical and Solid Waste, Document Destruction, and Recycling program)
Qualifications:
o 4 year's experience with AbilityOne SourceAmerica.
o 4 years of support services, military, housekeeping, and/or facilities maintenance experience o At least 1 year of supervisory experience in support service related field with high customer/client contact o Ability to communicate effectively in written format and oral presentations o Ability to multi-task and establish priorities o Ability to maintain organization in a changing and stressful environment o Exhibit initiative, responsibility, flexibility, and leadership o Possess a thorough knowledge of contract administration and office procedures o Proficient computer skills and knowledge of MS Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and internet Location:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
