Systems Engineer

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented professional to support our US Courts client.
Duties and responsibilities include:
Design, deploy, and manage Active Directory infrastructure, including domain controllers, group policies, and authentication mechanisms.
Perform ongoing maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting of Active Directory services to ensure optimal performance and security.
Develop and implement security policies and access controls within the Active Directory environment.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design workflow automation solutions using Power Automate.
Develop and maintain Power Automate workflows, connectors, and integrations to streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency.
Design and implement identity and access management solutions using Active Directory and Power Automate.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other systems engineers and administrators.
Collaborate with IT teams and vendors to troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues, ensuring high availability and reliability of the Active Directory and Power Automate environments.
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, features, and industry trends related to Active Directory, identity management, and workflow automation.
Required
Qualifications:
10
years of relevant experience.
Prefer experience in ServiceNow, Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), project management Relevant certifications, such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional), PMP (Project Management Professional), Network+, ISC2 Associate preferred.
Education Requirement:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
Master's in Computer Science or Cybersecurity preferred.
Clearance Requirement:
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust.
