Registered Nurse ICU Full Time Days WOW SLB

Up to $25,000 Sign-On bonus This Registered Nurse ICU provides direct clinical patient care.
The Registered Nurse / RNwill assume responsibility for assessing, planning, implementing direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis, and unit level.
The Registered Nurse / RN is responsible for supervision of staff to which appropriate care is delegated.
The RN ICU is accountable to support CNO to ensure high quality, safe and appropriate nursing care, competency of clinical staff, and appropriate resource management related to patient care.
Qualifications EducationRequired:
Graduate of an accredited School of NursingPreferred:
Academic degree in nursing (Bachelors or Masters degree) ExperiencePreferred:
Two years as RN in acute care.
Previous clinical nursing experience in med/surg, telemetry or ICU CertificationsRequired:
Possession of current Texas State License for RN.
BLS required for all units-Obtained through approved American Heart Association Training Centeror the Military Training Network.
ACLS required for Adult Critical Care, Telemetry, Interim Critical Care units within 6 months of date of hire or transfer date of RNinto unit#LI-AP1 Tenet complies with federal, state, and/or local laws regarding mandatory vaccination of its workforce.
