Marketing Coordinator San Antonio

This position will assist in implementing multi-channel marketing plans that drive growth for their assigned hospital/market, drive community engagement, and effectively promote how an assigned hospital is making a positive impact on the people it serves through its clinical services.
Reports to the hospital Marketing Manager and has strong day-to-day interactions with the field marketing team, communications team, hospital administration and clinical leaders.
Supports the execution of day-to-day marketing responsibilities that drive growth, consumer engagement, and patient retention.
Supports team in driving execution of marketing plan activation.
Plans, implements, and measures all day-to-day marketing responsibilities.
Seeks information and operates at a level of constant inquiry about business priorities and key initiatives that can further differentiate the hospital within the market.
Works to identify and translate the hospital service lines' stories of success.
Utilizes advanced writing skills across multiple platforms (e.
g.
, social media, website, collateral) to create engagement within the community, key stakeholders and entice usage among a targeted consumer base.
Supports tracking of hospital marketing budget.
Keen level of focus on measuring results of all in market activities.
Required:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or relevant major.
