Assistant Database Engineer

We are seeking an Assistant Database Engineer for the Information and System Support Department.
The role is accountable for assisting with the consolidation of the Member Operations Business Units (MO BU) multiple and disparate data sources into one central system (Data Warehouse).
The role collaborates with the ISS Database Engineer in interpreting the MO BU's desired business data needs and working these details into an understandable approach/road map, and then translating these plans into workable technical solutions.
The role is accountable for assisting the ISS Database Engineer in maintaining the architectural design of conceptual, logical, and physical models of the MO BU's Data Warehouse.
The role assists in the coordination of discussions with consultants, and the Information and Systems Support department to devise the appropriate Data Warehouse structure If you have Database Engineering skills, you should apply right away! Highlights:
Supporting and improving divisions of the Member Operations Business Unit SharePoint sites as requested by Information and System Support Manager Maintaining effective database architecture schema, data model and extract, transform, and load of data into databases Devise new and improve existing Dashboard reporting for Management Develop and maintain a detailed understanding of the data elements, data definitions, and data relationships used in required business analysis and report development Effectively planning and utilizing time to produce the highest level of work possible as measured by actual output of specific accountabilities Supporting existing systems and databases within divisions of the Member Operations Business Unit
Experience:
Required 2 -3 years data warehouse maintenance experience to include design, ETL, and automated processes Experience maintaining large, complex, and raw data sets in databases Experience working in a fast-paced environment and ability to balance priorities from multiple initiatives Preferred Financial services industry and IT servicing and origination systems experience Experience with data processing and enterprise software applications Education:
Required High school education or equivalent Preferred Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field of study OR equivalent relevant work experience and knowledge required Licenses & Certifications:
Preferred Certifications in database management and administration Skills & Knowledge:
Required Intermediate SQL and database administration skills Statistical intuition, application, and knowledge of various analytical approaches Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and balance priorities from multiple initiatives Data display skills and working knowledge of Crystal Reports/SSRS/PowerBI/Tableau or similar applications Demonstrated ability to translate large volumes of data into insights Proficient with Microsoft Office Products including Access, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint Strong analytical, technical, and conceptual skills with attention to detail Results oriented with a strong focus on the customer (both internal & external) Effective time management and prioritization skills Strong service orientation to align needed support to the desired business outcome Extensive knowledge of data processing and enterprise software applications Preferred Excellent SQL and database administration skills Schedule:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
