is seeking a skilled and motivated Pre-Litigation Attorney for our growing practice.
Our main office is in San Antonio, but we have added 4 office locations to our personal injury practice.
Responsibilities Will Include:
File suit and serve defendants petitions approved for litigation.
Communicate professionally with clients, insurance adjusters, and medical providers to resolve a case quickly and efficiently.
Meeting with clients.
Manage and oversee pre-litigation cases and case managers.
Finding ethical solutions to legal matters.
Communicating with clients to understand their legal concerns and needs to help provide them with essential pieces of advice.
Strategizing on how to resolve the clients' cases in a favorable manner.
Enlightening clients about legal options and making them know the possible outcomes.
Staying informed about any current legislation.
Building trustworthy relationships with clients.
Assisting clients with the execution of agreements.
Manage the settlement and breakdown process.
Requirements:
JD required.
Professionalism and prioritization of client customer service and representation Must have knowledge of federal and state statutes, court rules, forms, processes, and procedures.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills Bilingual / Spanish a plus
Experience:
2-4 years' experience in personal injury law Management experience a plus Auto Accident and Commercial Liability Cases required.
