Maintenance Technician - 3rd shift - 10pm -6:30am

Duties, Responsibilities and Abilities:
Knowledge in working with cutting torch, grinder, drill press, and hand tools.
Proficient in working with motors, brakes and clutches.
Knowledge in metal fabrications is a plus.
Proficient in pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
Proficient in calibrating, setting up, and testing industrial electronic devices.
Proficient in automation process control wiring, design, testing, and troubleshooting.
Assist production in breakdowns.
Experience in troubleshooting hardwire controls of 480, 220 and 120 volts.
Must also be able to read electrical schematics and blueprints.
Minimum Job Requirements:
Experience:
Must have strong skills in mechanical, electrical, PLCs, troubleshooting, as well as basic maintenance skills.
(AB, Siemens) Must have an educational background in electrical, electronic, and PLC devices.
Must be available to work off shifts.
Prefer 4 to 6 plus years as manufacturing technician experience.
2 year technical degree or equivalent educational knowledge.
Working Conditions and Physical Effort:
Work involves daily exposure to unusual elements, such as dirt, dust, fumes, darkness, and/or noise.
Seasonal exposure to weather elements to include, but not limited to, extreme temperatures, wetness and humidity.
Work environment involves daily exposure to physical risks, such as working around mechanical equipment, forklifts, chemical hazards, and electrical hazards.
Position requires the ability to stand; walking around office and plant; lifting and carrying packages up to 50 pounds; utilizing fine dexterity; and reaching, kneeling, crawling and twisting on a daily basis.
Also requires the ability to see; hear; and communicate with associates as well as others by utilizing professional etiquette.
Must be able to climb vertical ladders to 80'.
Personal protective equipment, as defined by Morrison Milling Company will be provided.
