In this role you will:
Your primary responsibilities will include conducting assessments, writing and implementing behavior plans, data collection, and training / supervising behavior technicians, and conducting parent training.
Develop innovative programs and perform ongoing adjustments to current programs as neededEngage parents in ABA therapy to improve client outcomesAdhere to all policies and procedures, including, but not limited to, confidentiality and mandated reporting standardsCommunicate clearly and effectively, both orally and written, with clients, families, and colleaguesAttend meetings for collaboration between clinicians and the operations teamWe are looking for people who:
Hold a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification and state licenseHold a Master's Degree in applied behavior analysis, psychology, sociology, or a related fieldMust possess excellent leadership, interpersonal, problem-solving and time management skills1
years working with children and autism spectrum disordersHave reliable means of transportation, a valid driver's license, and insurance.
Have the ability to stand and stay on their feet for prolonged periods of time and bend, kneel, crouch, and lift weight of up to 50 poundsHave successful background clearance, driving record check, and reference checksWhat we offer:
