Vighter LLC is recruiting a Software Configuration Manager that is responsible for providing support to project teams in configuring and base-lining project items.
MISSION :
CBPs Office of the Chief Medical Office (OCMO) employs a family medicine model to provide frontline medical care for persons in CBP custody.
This model provides a team of medical professionals comprised of physicians, advanced practice providers (e.
g.
, physicians assistants, nurse practitioners), clinical support staff (e.
g.
, Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurses, Paramedics, EMTs, Certified Medical/Nursing Assistants), and other support staff (Patient Safety Risk Managers and Electronic Health Records Specialists).
These contracted medical teams provide basic assessment and medical treatment for persons in CBP custody to include emergency care as needed.
OCMO is committed to ensuring a system of care that is ethical, responsible, and accountable through surveillance and monitoring activities that are in place.
Basic Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field required.

Vendor specific certificate (OnBase Certified Workflow Administrator or like certification) preferred.

Minimum two years experience with OnBase or like software applications and Workflow required.

Two years of related experience in a medical environment required.

Ability to learn quickly and work independently or as part of a team.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Ability to multitask required.

Must be detail oriented.

Ability to understand and follow specific instructions and procedures.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent customer service skills.

Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite, (i.
e.
, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint), Adobe Acrobat, and Google Workspace.
Duties and
Responsibilities:

Prepares configuration documentations and maintain Configuration Management (CM) database.

Reviews and recommends improvements to existing CM processes.

Manages daily tasks, which may include the establishment of work assignments.

Resolves any compliance issues and the tracking of compliance procedures and policies.

Facilitates audits related to configuration management.

Reviews critical incident outage, resolution and responses, and disposition of failed changes as result of CMS related issues.

Facilitates communication and engagement of business and IT management; provides necessary CMS functionality with the required time frame of the project.

Reviews and recommends changes to the CMS infrastructure.

Reviews and recommends changes to the vital IT infrastructure to make sure that impact to configuration management data is properly handled.

Maintains data quality, integrity and security of CM databases.

Schedules audits on CM database and assists in implementing audit recommendations.

Develops security guidelines to avoid unauthorized damage or usage of project items.

Works with configuration teams in development and enhancement of CM tools.

Maintains proper version controls of software deliverables.

Oversees the delivery of software applications in test and deployment environments.

Analyzes configuration issues and proposes appropriate resolutions.

Performs other duties as assigned.
Supervisory Controls:

Works under the administrative direction of the Data/Technology Manager.
Physical Demands:

Able to walk, stand, bend, or sit for extended periods.

Able to reach to retrieve documents or supplies.

Able to carry materials and/or file boxes up to 30 pounds at times.
