The Professional Recruiter is responsible for sourcing candidates through in-depth analysis of job skills and matching qualifications to open Professional, IT and Technical requisitions.
Delivering high quality recruiting service to customers by matching candidate to customers' needs.
Responsible for acquiring new clients and increasing existing business to maximize profitability.
Develops and retains business by providing outstanding customer service, mission of quality and performance.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
Develop recruiting strategies designed to identify qualified candidates for Professional, IT and Technical job requisitions through various recruiting tools.
Utilizing electronic processes in recruiting and placement to maximize efficiency and time saving.
Identify the customer's business and cultural environment to establish expectations for the partnership with the client.
Assist with the design of a sourcing strategy to uncover both passive and active candidates through existing and new sources in order to maintain a fruitful pool of candidates.
Manage ad generation and job postings.
Target the most qualified candidates and screen resumes to identify potential matches.
Present opportunity to candidates and conduct in-depth interviews to determine suitability and interest of candidate.
Identify, evaluate, and summarize relevant experience, knowledge, hard and soft skills and abilities in relation to the job requirements.
Utilize networking, cold calling, and market research to actively generate business leads and acquire new clients within the designated market.
Leverage routine communication with existing clients to foster relationships and generate new orders, maximizing opportunities for repeat business.
Actively market qualified candidates to new and existing clients.
Facilitate the candidate/client interview and prepare the candidates for the interview.
Debrief with the candidate and client after the interview, responding to any concerns or objections.
Coordinate with VP to ensure quality delivery to client's requisitions and open orders.
Manage candidates through the IHC Process and client specific orientations.
Maintains customer and associate records in Avionte Bold to ensure completeness and accuracy.
Completes associate reference checks, backgrounds, E-verify, drug screens, employment verifications, and other checks and balances required by client in accordance with company policies.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2-3 years' experience in Professional, IT and Technical recruiting, preferably within the staffing industry Demonstrated PC proficiency; Microsoft Office applications; Word, Outlook, Excel; 10 key calculators, and other office equipment and copiers, fax machines etc.
Excellent communication skills are essential for success in this role Multi-tasking abilities, team and customer service oriented without losing composure; tactful, adept at office productivity.
Must be cooperative, patient, calm under pressure, able to work independently, a team player and should enjoy a fast-paced work environment while displaying the highest level of professionalism.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to communicate orally with associates, customers, vendors, management and other co-workers.
Regular use of telephone and e-mail for communication is essential.
Sitting for extended periods is common.
Hearing and vision within normal ranges is essential for normal conversations, to receive ordinary information and to prepare or inspect documents.
No heavy lifting is expected.
Exertion of up to 10 lbs of force occasionally may be required.
Good manual dexterity for the use of common office equipment such as computer terminals, calculators, copiers, and fax machines.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
The job is performed indoors in a traditional office setting with occasional travel to customer sites.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
