Summary:
Reconciling internal accounts, teller GLs, teller suspense GLs, Foreign GLs, ATM GLs Fraud/Dispute general ledgers.
Performs research and clear exceptions, recons within 5, 10, 15 and 30 day period; must perform other duties as assigned.

Ensures that all various internal general ledgers are balanced and reviewed for outages and inconsistencies Advises all banks contact liaisons on outages and incorrect tickets that have ran, as well as any red flag indicators, via email Follows up with banks via email to determine when general ledger items are going to clear SKILLS Active Learning Active Listening Complex Problem Solving Coordination Critical Thinking Instructing Judgment and Decision Making Mathematics Monitoring Negotiation Reading Comprehension Speaking Writing EDUCATIONA minimum of a high school diploma or GED equivalent Recommended Skills Active Listening Critical Thinking Decision Making General Ledger Mathematics Negotiation Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
