Description The Facilities Associate is a hands-on multi-tasker with excellent communication skills and an upbeat attitude.
Candidates will be able to assist the VP, Facilities in maintaining efficient and smooth operation throughout the organization facilities.
Candidates will have general knowledge of construction, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, electronics, etc.
Job Responsibilities Ensures equipment is in proper working order and available for use.
Maintains physical space, ensuring a safe, clean, and functional environment.
Receives, manages, and processes work order requests; ensures problems are resolved quickly.
Acts as liaison between employees and any outside contractors needed to resolve specialized problems.
Drafts and implements preventive maintenance schedules for buildings and equipment.
Ensures safety standards are followed throughout the facilities.
Participates on emergency preparedness planning team.
Applies, or assists with application, for required environmental permits.
Reviews confidential video surveillance Maintains inventory of supplies; reorders as needed.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Work Schedule Availability to work Monday-Friday, 8:
00 AM - 5:
00 PM.
Schedules may vary based upon business needs and CAT season Requirements High School Diploma Prior construction/facilities experience Excellent computer and oral skills Attention to detail Multilingual may be preferred or required Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others Ability to work in a fast pace environment Pay Range $20.
