At Lennar, you will provide marketing and office administrative support to the Director of Marketing.
Create, schedule, implement and monitor the online and digital marketing needs for the division.
In addition, this individual will be responsible for overseeing the day to day marketing needs including the coordination of administrative marketing needs for the division.
Responsibilities:
Work with the Division and the Corporate Communications team on supporting national initiatives and responding to emerging digital trend Maintain website for the division Uploading and management of elevations, floor plan changes, photos, promotion information, website copy Create and post content daily on social media sites.
Generate and share content that creates meaningful connections for division Responsible for creation of all digital marketing campaign creative Responsible for email marketing campaign creation, execution and reporting Visit communities to capture creative content Create new opportunities to promote the division's communities, as well as fine-tune and improve existing digital campaigns Work with the third-party agencies and the corporate communications team on implementing national incentives and digital trends Schedule and implement all digital advertisements Identify trends across marketing channels and develop action points Create, report and manage online marketing KPIs Manage content on developer websites Create new copy and content for website and manage creation of specialty landing pages for digital marketing campaigns Create and manage division's technical presentations for new model homes to assure on-time completion prior to openings Create internal sales event flyers and update model home collateral, as needed Responsible for working with marketing team to create new training videos for sales team Assist with creation of other division marketing assets, as needed Help field marketing coordinator with event planning and execution, including working events, as needed Assisting with various other marketing related duties as needed Create division marketing presentations for sales teams and other departments #CB #LI-CH1
Qualifications:
Content Creation and video editing skills preferred College degree in marketing, communications, business or related field from accredited university Marketing related internship or career experience Homebuilding and social media experience preferred Computer literate with the ability to use a Mac, Adobe Creative, and Excel Professionally perform multiple, detailed-oriented tasks with simultaneous deadlines Good writing and organization skills Possess strong work ethic, integrity and loyalty Team player with the ability to work well under pressure Physical Requirements:
Requires the ability to work eight hours per day in the confined quarters of an office.
Also requires the ability to operate a motor vehicle, climb stairs, bend, stoop, reach, lift, move and/or carry items that are less than 50 pounds.
Finger dexterity required in operating a computer keyboard and a calculator.
Office work requires sitting at a computer monitor for extended periods of time, completing paperwork, meeting with team members, vendors and partners and to receive/return phone messages.
Standing is required for filing and copying.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
