Skills and Requirements:
The successful candidate must be skilled in maintaining the physical appearance, cleanliness, and condition of a large facility, travel to stores for supplies, and have a working knowledge of trades such as plumbing, painting, basic electrical, stripping/waxing floors, and other basic maintenance tasks.
The successful candidate must also possess excellent customer service skills to interact with staff and students in a professional manner.
Working knowledge of Excel, Word, and Microsoft Outlook is highly desirable.
The applicant must enjoy working with the public and students in a fast-paced environment.
Multi-tasking skills are essential.
