Summary:
The Business Development Representative (BDR) is responsible for developing new business.
The BDR is primarily responsible for identifying new prospects, soliciting, and selling Stirista solution offerings, matching prospect needs to our solutions, and setting up meetings for our Sales Account Executives.
The BDR is adept at identifying and generating a comprehensive and fluid sales pipeline, developing new opportunities across all channels and platforms, and adding new customers to the portfolio.
BDRs engage in sales activities and meetings focused on generating trust and establishing relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
They ensure adequate time spent on prospecting outreach through Phone, Email, LinkedIn, Copilot AI, Live chat, and cold calling to create the necessary opportunities resulting in meetings for Account Executives.
Duties and
Responsibilities:
Target net NEW business to be transitioned to our Sales Account Executives.
Identify and research target companies, customers, or clients to investigate the potential of a partnership.
Quickly and efficiently qualify potential opportunities with a prospect.
Develop customer relationships regardless of the prospects contractual status with competitors and proactively create awareness of solutions.
Skilled in cold calling, email outreach and LinkedIn outreach for setting up in-person or video meetings to understand the prospects' needs and motivations to enable a partnership with Stirista.
Work with internal departments such as the Client Services, Data Team, Sales, and Marketing teams to align on growth initiatives, finding ways to promote the brand, generate awareness, and leverage insights and deep understanding of the market and competition.
Effectively engage and utilize internal support functions for problem resolution.
Enter and maintain customer information, notes, and activities in the CRM tool throughout the sales cycle.
Required Skills/Abilities:

Proven ability to sell with strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
Strong verbal, written and face to face communication skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, and related software.
Education and
Experience:
Bachelors degree in a technical or business-related field preferred.
1-2 years experience in sales and business development is a plus.
Any experience and demonstrated success in Client facing roles or quota-driven sales and prospecting for new business is a plus.
Knowledge on Marketing and any certification on Digital Marketing, Email Marketing, HubSpot Courses, The Trade Desk Marketing Foundation Courses are a plus.
Knowledge and experience with CRM utilization (preferably Salesforce).
Tech savvy and adaptive learner in using tools like Salesforce, Pardot, Outreach, Gong.
io, Copilot AI, Tidio Chats, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and more.
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift up-to twenty-five (25) pounds at times.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
