Job Description:
To become the world's greatest baker, we need the world's greatest team members As the Talent and Development (T&D) Team Member Advisor, your main priority is to ensure a Healthy and Engaged Manufacturing environment.
You will be responsible for providing execution and ongoing support of all Human Resources policies, procedures and processes, ensuring consistency in all of our people practices.
You will actively work with your manufacturing leadership teams and our agency partners to maintain optimal staffing levels, as well as provide support to Team Members.

Tuition reimbursement Responsibilities Work closely with Manufacturing Leaders and Team Members, actively present on the plant floor to drive HR programs, processes, and policies, enhancing working relationships, building engagement, and increasing retention.
Execute and institutionalize Talent and Development engagement and improvement initiatives.
Advise Manufacturing Leaders on employee relations issues, including performance management, attendance management, respectful workplace, and code of conduct.
Support the Progressive Discipline process, including investigations, documentation, recommendations, coaching, and issuing discipline with Manufacturing Leaders.
Act as the first point of contact for hourly Team Members regarding Team Member relations questions, concerns, and issues.
Investigate and respond to Team Members in a timely manner, ensuring follow-up and case closure.
Manage relationships with recruitment agency partners, overseeing communications, onboarding new agency Team Members, and ensuring day-to-day manpower needs are met.
Collaborate with Manufacturing Leaders to create agency action plans for staffing challenges and continuous improvement.
Maintain and post current job openings and develop relationships to identify sources of qualified applicants.
Conduct searches for required personnel through direct recruiting, advertising, job fairs, and agency collaboration.
Recommend methods to improve retention/recruitment strategies, wage and salary plans, and marketing.
Interview and screen applicants, referring them to appropriate departments, and monitor position control to ensure only approved positions are filled.
Oversee the onboarding process from start to finish, ensuring a smooth hiring experience for new team members and compliance with the Wage and Salary Program.
Requirements High School diploma or equivalent required.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
2 - 3 years of HR experience required with a background in benefits administration and/or recruiting.
Ability to organize, prioritize, and accomplish multiple tasks with strong attention to detail.
Excellent communication capability.
Must be able to speak, write, read and interpret documents in English.
The ability to do the same in Spanish is required.
Intermediate PC skills including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook as well as other PC programs that may be required by the function/area.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
