M-F, 11am-8pm CST Job
Summary:
This position is responsible for providing superior customer support to an active inbound queue.
This role requires excellent attention to detail, listening, and communication to both the customer and members of the team Job
Responsibilities:
Focus on providing 5-star customer services to both internal and external customers.
Handle inbound/outbound calls to assist clients.
Create a troubleshooting ticket, if FCR wasn't accomplished.
Update customer notes within company database.
Respond to internal instant messages and emails.
Utilize enrollment tools to assist potential users with new accounts.
Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED.
1 year of call center experience.
Exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills, professional phone voice.
