Design and develop custom electromechanical and optical system solutions that meet project requirements, leveraging your technical knowledge and experience.
Conduct research, analyze data, and stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and advancements in optics and photonics to continuously improve our solutions.
Engage with clients, sponsors, and program managers to understand their needs and provide technical support and guidance as needed.
Provide support for ongoing projects and programs, which encompasses assisting with design, development, testing, data collection, and reporting duties.
Assist in capturing new projects and programs by providing support for proposal writing, costing, research, concept/design development, and scheduling duties.
Requires an Bachelors, Masters or a PhD in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Photonics Engineering, Optical Engineering, or related engineering degree.
0-5 years:
Expertise in optics, laser, photonics, and imaging desired.
0-5 years:
Assembly of mechanical and opto-mechanical parts and systems.
Experience with lithography and/or microfabrication desired.
0-5 years:
Experience with design, assembly and testing optical systems, electronic components, and optical bread-boarding.
0-5 years:
Experience with Zemax OpticStudio desired.
