QualificationsMinimum Education and
Experience:
Tutors must have an overall GPA of at least 2.
75 and must have taken the course which he/she is tutoring (or higher-level course) with a grade of B or better.
Must have two or more points from the education and/or experience tables below.
Education Points 1 point -High School Diploma or GED 2 points - 24
college hours 3 points - 48
college hours 4 points - 72
college hours 5 points - 96
college hours 6 points - Graduate level course (post-Baccalaureate) Tutoring Experience Points 1 point - One year at secondary level 2 points - One semester at college level 3 points - Two semesters at college level 4 points- Three semesters at college level 5 points - Four semesters at college level 6 points - Five or more semesters at college level EEO Statement Recommended Skills Teaching Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
