Summary:
The responsibilities for this position are support the visual/marketing department as specified below.
Essential Duties &
Responsibilities:
1.
Assists the Visual Marketing department.
a) Support the visual marketing department with all mail room activity.
b) Collate, distribute and pack signage or fixtures as needed.
c) Maintain visual marketing department equipment (supplies, racks, signage, etc) in warehouse in a neat, clean and organized fashion.
d) Fill orders from DM supply request (fixtures, signage, etc.
).
2.
Maintain and organize fixtures and signage.
a) Keep signage and fixtures neat and organized.
b) Shredding of documents as needed.
3.
Assists store openings and closings.
a) Packing of signs/banners/posters for store openings.
b) Sorting and discarding of signage for all store closings.
4.
Assist with photo shoots and photo clean-up.
a) Assist with photo-shoots; organize clothing and re-ticketing of items used for the photo shoot c) Assist with clean-up of images for use on website.
5.
Contributes to team effort and special projects as needed.
Requirements:
Computer skills; research online, able to type Organized Attention to detail Deadline oriented Handles criticism Passion, integrity and energy!.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
