Qualifications:
-Training, skill, and familiarity with medical billing systems, ability to input patient appointments, change copays, confirm patient deductibles, and reconcile patient accounts.
-Understanding and skill with computer systems including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook and other office software applications.
-Strong clerical skills including proofreading, filing and maintaining records -Skill and facility with written language
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements - Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including phone calls, emails, and mail - Organize and maintain files and records This is a great opportunity for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys providing administrative support.
