Summary:
The Human Resources Generalist at Begum Law Group and Villarreal & Begum is vital for ensuring the smooth operation of our employee relations.
Ensuring that our team members are supported, informed, and engaged.
This position offers the opportunity to immerse oneself in various HR functions, from recruitment to benefits administration.
We are looking for a dedicated professional who can drive our human resource efforts and align them with our company's goals.
Key
Responsibilities:
1.
Recruitment and Onboarding:
Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
Oversee the new hire orientation process to ensure a smooth integration into the company.
2.
Benefits Administration:
Administer employee benefits programs such as health insurance, retirement plans, and other company-sponsored benefits.
Answer employee queries regarding benefits and ensure they are informed about eligibility, coverage, and other details.
Employee Relations:
Serve as the primary point of contact for employee questions and concerns.
Assist in resolving workplace issues, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.

HR Administration:
Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and internal policies.
Process documentation related to HR activities, including leaves, benefits, and performance evaluations.
4.
Training and Development:
Assist in the development and execution of training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
Coordinate with department leaders to understand training needs and schedule appropriate sessions.
5.
Performance Management:
Assist in the development and administration of performance review processes.
Support managers in addressing performance issues providing guidance on corrective action when necessary.
6.
Legal Compliance:
Stay updated on local, state, and federal labor laws and ensure company policies are compliant.
Assist in internal audits or inspections related to HR functions.
Other Duties:
Participate in special projects, HR initiatives, and other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
Minimum 2 years of human resource experience.
Strong knowledge of labor legislation and HR best practices.
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Job Type:

$45,000.
