EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE and/or CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS High School or Trade School Graduate or GED At least 5 years of warehouse management experience Valid Texas driver's license with a clean record JOB DUTIES Supervise the receipt, processing & inventory of all shipping deliveries to the warehouse Confirm shipments are complete and undamaged Process the paperwork (bill of ladings and packing lists) Label shipments with job site identification Notify the operations teams of what shipments are being received Work with operations teams to schedule all materials coming into the warehouse for deliveries to the various projects Develop a system to better track where materials for projects are being stored in the warehouse and yard to better keep track with them Oversee the inventory stock items required for projects to ensure stock inventory is maintained at needed levels and to ensure that inventory is being properly charged to the various project costs Oversee the acquisition, serialization, storage, distribution and tracking of all San Antonio Resources (tools, ladders, etc.
