Responsibilities:
Oversees the provision of armed and unarmed security Services for one or more Datacenters Manages the recruitment, selection, orientation, training, development, and retention of Supplier?s security personnel providing ServicesImplements indicators, tracking tools, scorecards and reporting methods to enhance security team effectiveness and performanceContinually prepares for internal and third-party audits, announced or unannounced, ensuring adherence with approved security controls and procedures, and can demonstrate such adherenceMeets regularly with Customer on-site Datacenter management representatives for Datacenter site review including discussions on performance of Services activities, ways to improve collaboration, etcEnsures all Supplier security personnel performing Services are competent and trained in the security systems, equipment, tools, and processes, in accordance with this SOW and as it relates to their assigned positionEnsures armed Supplier security personnel performing Services are trained in the use of all assigned equipment, the Use of Force policy, and meet all federal, state, and local requirements for armed security personnel prior to starting Services under this SOWEscalates and documents security incidents, conducts root cause analyses and after-action reports.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
