Receives and responds to inbound calls and emails from employees, retirees, and the general public answering questions related to Human Resources.
Job Duties/Responsibilities/Functions:
Receives calls and emails and provides personalized customer service by responding to the needs of the caller or escalates/routes to others who can assist.
Tracks all calls and emails to provide reports on usage and other related information.
De-escalates situations involving dissatisfied individuals offering support and assistance.
Guides callers through navigating the institutions' various platforms to include UT Health Performs, UT Health Learns, Kronos, and Benefit Focus.
Collaborate across all areas of Human Resources to enhance process improvements.
Participate in special projects, as assigned, that enable the Office of Human Resources to contribute to the realization of UT Health goals.
Performs all other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and practices.
Knowledge of personal computer/software, HRIS system, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Skilled in data entry and data analysis.
Skilled in critical thinking to solve problems by generating, evaluating, and implementing solutions.
Skilled in communicating effectively verbally and in writing to provide regular, consistent, and meaningful information.
Ability and integrity to work with highly confidential information and maintain confidentiality.
Ability to work within strict time deadlines and with competing priorities.
Ability to identify process and procedural issues and propose solutions.
Ability to foster relationships within the unit and HR and across functional areas.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
