Our Administration Team is actively pursuing an optimistic onsite Accounts Receivable Clerk.
In this role, you'll utilize your people skills to outline various transaction parameters and assist our customers with processing payments or coordinating arrangements to resolve account delinquencies all while providing legendary customer service.
Responsibilities Resolve credit holds on customer accounts.
Collect delinquent accounts.
Process credit cards and ACH payments Identify bad debt and make recommendations for external collections.
Assist with filing records.
This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
