Your responsibilities will include the following:
Ability to navigate through applications including salesforce and other softwares Ability to work and respond to customer issues/complaints Provide assistance to new customers Up-sell to existing eligible customers Selling to existing and new customers Respond to customer requests in a timely fashion Track customer calls and client meetings for reporting purposes Memorizing training script and maintain client product knowledge Be open to receptive feedback and must be willing to change and improve behavior Provide an exceptional customer service experience Adhere to compliance regulations Job Requirements:
Willingness to learn and to take on new challenges.
Excellent communication skills.
Bachelor's Degree preferred not required.
Must be extremely willing to learn to manage a team.
Must demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills At least one year demonstrating superb call center or retail customer service experience.
Must be a very positive individual.
Excellent teamwork skills- must be willing to work in a team environment.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
